    I get that when trying to start amblaunch or ambconfig... It used to work. I'm wondering if microsoft broke this... Or if something else did? Any ideas are welcome.

    I guess that's some sort of memory error. I ran dism, sfc and a mem86 test; everything checked out... The only thing I haven't done is a full OS reinstall. This is the only thing that's giving me issues that I'm aware of.
